They are seeking an entry-level Customer Service & Sales Representative to provide professional customer service and conduct scheduled conversations with individuals who have requested information.
Responsibilities:
- Following up with individuals who submitted requests through online forms, inbound calls, or direct mail campaigns
- Scheduling and conducting phone or Zoom appointments
- Providing clear explanations of available coverage options
- Assisting clients with applications in accordance with company guidelines
- Maintaining accurate documentation and activity records
- Participating in ongoing training and development sessions
Requirements:
- Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance License (guidance provided; licensing costs are the responsibility of the applicant unless otherwise stated)
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to pass a background check
- Professionalism, integrity, and willingness to follow established processes
