Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative (No Cold Calling | Training Provided)

Ian Graham Agency, LLC is a remote financial services organization focused on providing various insurance and financial solutions. They are seeking an entry-level Customer Service & Sales Representative to provide professional customer service and conduct scheduled conversations with individuals who have requested information.

Responsibilities:

• Following up with individuals who submitted requests through online forms, inbound calls, or direct mail campaigns
• Scheduling and conducting phone or Zoom appointments
• Providing clear explanations of available coverage options
• Assisting clients with applications in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintaining accurate documentation and activity records
• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions

Requirements:

• Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance License (guidance provided; licensing costs are the responsibility of the applicant unless otherwise stated)
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to pass a background check
• Professionalism, integrity, and willingness to follow established processes
