Varonis is a leader in data security, focusing on protecting data across various environments. They are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to create impactful programs and memorable events for customers, enhancing their journey and showcasing their stories.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships and identify strong customer advocated to showcase in marketing initiatives (videos, webinars, etc.)
- Own the strategy and execution of customer events and experiences, ensuring they are premium and memorable
- Develop customer programs that enhance the customer journey, from initial sign-up to interactions with the Incident Response team and more
- Manage and execute customer marketing programs such as customer advisory boards, user groups, or customer panels
- Manager the customer reference program, including sales communications, regular reporting, and management of SPIFFs
- Help source reviews for third-party review sites, such as Gartner Peer Insights
- This role will require occasional travel to customer events
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer marketing in B2B technology, preferably in cybersecurity
- Incredibly high attention to detail
- Experience planning events and managing Customer Advisory Boards
- Customer-first mindset, a focus on customer experience
- Portfolio of creative ideas, programs, or events that you've brought to life
- A bias for action with a track record of taking projects from idea to execution, to results
