Responsibilities:
- Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to win new contracts, generate leads, and exceed revenue targets
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at healthcare organizations
- Market Expertise: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities in the locum tenens space
- Solution Selling: Present tailored solutions to address physician labor challenges, highlighting the company's unique value proposition
- Team Leadership (if applicable): Manage, mentor, and guide a team of business development representatives
- Internal Collaboration: Work with recruiting, compliance, and credentialing teams for seamless service delivery
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
