Crstl is a company focused on redefining B2B Commerce, and they are seeking a full-stack Growth Marketer with expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM). The role involves designing and executing multi-channel growth strategies, collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategies into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, segment, and prioritize high-value target accounts across ICP tiers
- Map key stakeholders, buying committees, and influencers within each account
- Develop account-specific messaging, positioning, and value narratives
- Design and execute multi-touch ABM plays across content, events, paid, and social
- Align closely with sales and leadership on account penetration and expansion strategy
- Track account-level engagement, intent signals, and progression through the funnel
- Identify, plan, and execute value-additive events (owned, partnered, or sponsored)
- Design events that matter to target accounts, including:
- Dinners
- Executive roundtables
- Salons
- Conferences
- Own the Crstl events calendar, timelines, and logistics
- Ensure strong post-event follow-up and integration with sales and ABM motions
- Own and execute Crstl’s AEO + SEO content strategy
- Build content that ranks, converts, and supports ABM narratives
- Create and manage:
- Blog content
- Thought leadership
- Use-case and solution pages
- Comparison and category pages
- Optimize for modern search behavior (AI answers, featured snippets, intent-driven queries)
- Turn internal insights into scalable, high-leverage content
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:
- LinkedIn
- Reddit
- Google Search
- Build ABM-aligned paid campaigns (account lists, persona targeting, retargeting)
- Own ad creative, messaging, experimentation, and optimization
- Monitor CAC, funnel conversion, and channel efficiency
- Build and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for CEO & Founder Dipti
- Translate ideas, POVs, and insights into high-signal posts
- Manage cadence, planning, and light engagement
- Align founder content with:
- ABM initiatives
- Events
- Product launches
- Company milestones
- Maintain Dipti’s authentic voice while maximizing reach and relevance
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to own strategy → execution → measurement
- Analytical mindset with comfort using metrics to guide decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with sales and leadership
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- High ownership mentality with a bias toward action
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales cycles
- Familiarity with ABM, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zoom Info, etc.)
- Experience supporting founder-led or executive-led distribution
- Light design or copy-editing experience
