Millennium Systems International is an exciting and dynamic software company based in Parsippany, NJ, providing management software for the beauty and wellness industry. They are currently looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support product launches, develop customer-facing assets, and conduct market research to enhance product messaging and positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Support product launches end-to-end: timelines, asset creation, internal readiness, and post-launch measurement
- Develop and maintain core customer-facing assets: web and in-app copy, one-pagers, FAQs, release highlights, email copy, and sales collateral
- Create and update internal enablement materials: pitch decks, demo talk tracks, competitive notes, objection handling, and product training content
- Help refine messaging and positioning for features and releases by collecting inputs from Product, Sales, and customer-facing teams
- Conduct lightweight market and competitor research; summarize findings into actionable insights for Product and GTM teams
- Partner with Product and Support to turn complex functionality into simple, accurate explanations that reduce confusion and support volume
- Support customer communications and lifecycle marketing efforts (release notes, announcements, nurture content) aligned to GTM priorities
- Track and report on launch and adoption metrics (asset usage, pipeline influence where applicable, feature adoption, win/loss themes) and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, sales enablement, or a related role in B2B SaaS (or equivalent experience)
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to turn product details into clear value statements
- High attention to detail and strong project management skills: you can manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables without things slipping
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and customer-facing teams
- Data comfort: able to use basic reporting/analytics to assess launch performance and adoption
- Proficiency with common tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft, presentation tools) and willingness to learn internal systems
