Tailored Management is building the future of human connection through technology. The Brand Marketing Manager will own and execute campaigns that elevate the brand, particularly focusing on AI, while collaborating across various teams to ensure impactful brand strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner on brand strategy and campaign development
- Execute integrated campaigns and partnerships (social-first, activations, etc.)
- Work closely with Creative, Media, Insights, Comms, Social, Product, and Measurement teams
- Build business cases tying brand work to measurable impact
- Manage projects from idea launch to reporting
- Use data and insights to guide decisions
- Identify process gaps and help improve how the team operates
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
Requirements:
- 8–10 years in brand marketing / digital marketing/brand management
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional campaigns
- Comfortable working on B2C campaigns
- Execution of integrated campaigns - working across a range of stakeholders to build and launch marketing/advertising into the world
- Project management experience - someone who is detail-oriented and can help keep other teams on task / aligned to a workback plan
- Thrives in fast-changing, sometimes chaotic environments
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Strong cross-functional collaborator (influences without direct authority)
- Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves
- Used to context switching and juggling multiple priorities
- Strong communicator and project manager
- Mix of in-house + agency experience
- Experience at large tech companies (Google, Airbnb, etc.)
- Actively uses and understands consumer AI products
- Range of experience working on established brands, as well as up-and-coming and/or challenger brands
- Experience working at a big technology company, within AI Marketing, and/or digital marketing
