Benefit Account Customer Service Representative

Cosmo Insurance Agency is seeking a Benefit Account Customer Service Representative to manage employee benefits programs. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing HRIS systems, and assisting employees with their benefits inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, Vision and life Insurance
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits
• Manage HRIS systems for accurate tracking of employee benefits data
• Assist employees with inquiries related to their benefits and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Benefits Administrator or similar role in HR
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft or UltiPro preferred
• Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management
• Experience in employee relations is highly desirable and/ or customer service
• Experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft or UltiPro preferred
