Cosmo Insurance Agency is seeking a Benefit Account Customer Service Representative to manage employee benefits programs. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing HRIS systems, and assisting employees with their benefits inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, Vision and life Insurance
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits
- Manage HRIS systems for accurate tracking of employee benefits data
- Assist employees with inquiries related to their benefits and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Benefits Administrator or similar role in HR
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft or UltiPro preferred
- Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management
- Experience in employee relations is highly desirable and/ or customer service
- Experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft or UltiPro preferred
