Evertune AI is pioneering an AI discovery platform for modern marketers, helping brands understand AI recommendations and improve their visibility. They are seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to build and manage outbound sales strategies, focusing on generating qualified meetings for Account Executives through strategic outreach and account targeting.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute Evertune’s outbound prospecting strategy from the ground up
- Identify and prioritize upper-tier mid-market and enterprise brands, agencies, and holding companies using revenue and employee count thresholds
- Develop targeted account lists using internal data insights, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and other enrichment tools
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Book qualified meetings that convert into real pipeline opportunities for Account Executives
- Conduct initial qualification conversations to ensure alignment on company size, marketing maturity, and potential fit
- Continuously test messaging, sequences, and targeting to improve meeting quality and conversion rates
- Partner closely with AEs to align on target accounts, feedback loops, and opportunity quality
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of outreach, meetings booked, and qualification outcomes
- Bring ideas for tooling, automation, and process improvements as we formalize the outbound engine
- Represent Evertune with professionalism, credibility, and strong market knowledge in every interaction
