TrueChoice Solutions is a rapidly growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in real-time preference analytics. The Business Development Analyst, Manager will support business development efforts, maintain client relationships, and assist in marketing and communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strong client management experience, being well organized, a good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and can thrive under pressure
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key clients, customer stakeholders and strategic partners
- Prepare presentations, and pitch materials in connection with business development opportunities
- Writing proposals and liaising with other departments to align strategies
- Perform complex analysis to identify business requirements, priorities, and recommendations
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities
- Reporting findings and obtaining approval from senior management, when required
- Marketing Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communications
- Manage relationship with marketing communications consultant. Review and edit all marketing materials to ensure accurate branding and industry image
- Represent the TrueChoice in industry networking and professional associations. Participate in industry and trade show events to develop client relationships and industry presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Analytics, Finance or Marketing
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
- Interest or experience in strategy consulting
