Nefab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in non-automotive sectors. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries through market research and networking
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within non-automotive industries
- Strong strategic planning abilities to develop actionable growth initiatives
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
- Effective project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of marketing principles to support lead generation efforts
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into strategic actions
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, sales, or related field, packaging a strong plus
- Five or more years of business development experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of building new relationships and achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Must be an independent, proactive, and self-motivated person who will offer exceptional service to our customers
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Industrial, Agricultural, Heavy Equipment and Healthcare segment experience is highly desirable
- Experience with plastics packaging & blueprint reading is a plus
