The Content Marketing - Associate Manager will lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy to enhance thought leadership and brand presence, while managing key communication channels and ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy across blogs, whitepapers, success stories, videos, and social media to elevate thought leadership and brand presence
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for the Office of the CFO, ensuring alignment with Clearsulting’s brand voice
- Manage key communication channels — including newsletters, press releases, email campaigns, and corporate announcements, driving visibility and supporting demand generation
- Partner with subject matter experts to turn insights into compelling thought leadership and multi-format marketing assets
- Collaborate with the full go-to-market team, practices, and alliance partners to tailor and repurpose content into engaging multi-channel deliverables
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications, maintaining a unified voice across platforms
- Measure and optimize content performance to continually refine strategy and improve marketing impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related roles within a professional services, technology, or consulting environment
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (ex. Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Experience managing multi-channel content programs, including blogs, email, social media, and long-form thought leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance measurement
- Experience creating multimedia content
- Familiarity with topics relevant to the Office of the CFO
