Obsidian Security is a company focused on securing SaaS applications, backed by top investors and trusted by global enterprises. They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and enhance customer engagement, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned to revenue goals
- Own quarterly and annual field marketing planning with Sales leadership aligned to the East region of the US
- Localize corporate campaigns for regional execution
- Drive pipeline through in-person events, virtual programs, ABM, and partner initiatives
- Forecast and track pipeline contribution and ROI
- Optimize programs based on data and sales feedback
- Execute executive dinners, field programs, trade shows, and virtual events
- Manage end-to-end execution, including budget, vendors, logistics, and follow-up
- Act as the primary marketing partner to regional sales teams
- Collaborate with Channel and Alliance teams on joint initiatives
- Align with Product Marketing on messaging and personas
- Partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Ops on targeting and reporting
- Own reporting on pipeline, revenue influence, and engagement
- Maintain accurate tracking in CRM and marketing automation tools
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience with a field marketing focus
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong sales partnership and communication skills
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity preferred
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools
- Partner and channel marketing experience
- Salesforce and Marketo (or similar) experience
