They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to manage and optimize their marketing content ecosystem, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various teams to support growth and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large and complex content library (1,000+ assets)
- Ensure content is accurate, compliant, aligned with current product positioning and consistent across variations
- Proactively identify outdated, redundant, or underperforming materials
- Continuously refine content, including sales decks, flyers, partner materials, and proposal content; use feedback from sales and partners to drive improvements
- Identify gaps in the content ecosystem and propose structured solutions
- Partner closely with channel managers to support partner-facing initiatives
- Bring discipline to prioritization and version control
- Manage ongoing website content updates and ensure site reflects current positioning
- Maintain consistency between web, sales, and partner materials
Requirements:
- Experience in the retirement industry with an understanding of 401(k) terminology
- 3-5 years of content marketing experience
- Experience managing a content library or marketing asset system
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting B2B sales
- Working knowledge of Google tools, ClickUp or similar task management software, and Canva
- Experience with Bynder or similar asset management software
