Rubrik is a leading company at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. As the PMO Manager, you will oversee project management standards, ensure strategic alignment, and manage resources to deliver projects that add value to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Governance & Methodology: Establish and refine project management standards. Whether it’s Agile, Waterfall, or a "pragmatic hybrid," you’ll define the "how" of our work
- Portfolio Oversight: Maintain a bird’s-eye view of all active and pending projects. You’ll identify bottlenecks before they become disasters
- Strategic Alignment: Work with senior leadership to prioritize the project pipeline. You’re the one who says "yes" to the right things and "not right now" to the distractions
- Resource Management: Track who is doing what. You’ll optimize resource allocation to ensure nobody is burnt out while no project is left gathering dust
- Reporting & Transparency: Develop high-level dashboards for the C-suite that tell the truth about project health, budgets, and ROI
- Mentorship: Coach project managers and team leads on best practices, helping them level up their delivery game
Requirements:
- 5+ years in project/program management, with at least 3 years specifically leading or building a PMO
- Deep expertise in PPM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com,)
- You can navigate a room full of conflicting stakeholders and bring them to a consensus without breaking a sweat
- You know when to stick to the process and when to cut the red tape to get things moving
- PMI-PMOCP, PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certifications are preferred, but we value your proven track record of delivery even more
