NVA General Practice is a mission-driven organization improving veterinary care and animal health at scale. They are seeking a results-driven Marketing Project Manager to support their growing Marketing team by organizing and managing marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social, and web)
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines, task lists, and production schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, content, social media, digital marketing, analytics, and external agencies
- Manage development of marketing collateral such as sales materials, brochures, presentations, landing pages, and promotional assets
- Oversee social media content calendars and campaign execution timelines
- Organize newsletter production schedules and email marketing workflows
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing standards across all deliverables
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks
- Track project performance metrics and support post-campaign reporting
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Maintain documentation including briefs, creative requests, and process workflows
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience within a marketing, advertising, communications, or corporate marketing environment
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns and creative deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with project management tools such as: Monday.com, Teamwork, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as email marketing platforms, CMS systems, and social scheduling tools
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification
- Experience working in a Fortune 500, matrixed corporate environment or marketing/advertising agency
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Experience managing external creative or media agencies
