They are seeking an Account Executive focused on new business acquisition, who will lead the sales process with a strategic and analytical approach to uncover business triggers and build strong business cases for their solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead with Insights: You don't just qualify leads; you uncover business triggers. You conduct deep discovery to establish credibility and determine strategic fit before ever presenting a solution
- Build the Business Case: You move beyond "nice to have" features. You are skilled at quantifying the financial impact of a prospect’s current challenges and building a business case that ties our solution directly to their P&L
- Orchestrate the Deal Strategy: You act as the pilot of the deal, partnering closely with Solutions Consultants to deliver tailored demonstrations. You ensure every meeting proves specific value rather than just providing a generic tour
- Navigate Complex Organizations: You understand that decisions are rarely made by one person. You actively map the organization to engage executive decision-makers, champions, and end-users to build consensus across the buying committee
- Drive the Timeline: You don't hope for a close date; you engineer it. You utilize shared project plans to align timelines with the buyer, proactively navigating legal and procurement steps to maintain momentum
- Manage Your Business: You commit to accuracy. You maintain a clean pipeline, ensuring that your forecast is based on objective milestones and reality, not just optimism
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS (Healthcare tech is a plus, but not required if you have sold complex, multi-stakeholder software)
- Fluent in structured enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger)
