Title Sales Representative | Business Development | Real Estate (Remote, Multi-State) Society Title

Society Title is a national title company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, seeking experienced Title Sales and Real Estate Business Development professionals. The role focuses on expanding territory, generating title orders, and building relationships with industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a territory within one or more licensed states
• Maintain and expand relationships with Realtors, mortgage lenders, builders, attorneys, and investors
• Generate title orders through business development and existing industry relationships
• Partner with escrow and operations teams to ensure smooth and professional closings
• Manage pipeline activity and consistently build long-term referral sources

Requirements:

• Experience in title sales, escrow, or real estate business development
• Proven ability to generate business through personal relationships
• Strong understanding of title, escrow, and closing processes
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Existing industry network preferred
