Outpost.red is a tech-enabled Reddit marketing agency focusing on helping B2B SaaS teams grow their organic traffic and visibility. They are looking for a data-heavy Growth Marketer to own measurement, experimentation, and program design to enhance their marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build the measurement system connecting Reddit → SEO/AEO/LLM visibility → qualified traffic → intent → pipeline
- Run structured experiments across subreddit selection, thread scoring, messaging angles, mention vs no-mention, timing, and identity
- Forecast outcomes, set targets, track pacing, and communicate performance clearly each week
- Identify scalable SEO/AEO opportunities from Reddit (comparisons, alternatives, objections) and convert them into repeatable engines
- Partner with ops and engineering to improve our internal platform (scoring, workflows, reporting, audit trails)
Requirements:
- Strong analytics: you can model, analyze, and defend conclusions under noisy attribution
- Practical understanding of SEO + AEO + LLM visibility and what moves them
- Strong experiment design and causal thinking (baselines, seasonality, controls)
- Clear written communication for evidence-heavy client reporting
- Bonus: programmatic SEO, content systems, product analytics, Looker/GA4/Search Console experience
