The Product Management Intern will support the team in delivering high-priority initiatives that improve product readiness, enhance documentation quality, and strengthen customer engagement across multiple clinical modules.
Responsibilities:
- The Product Management Intern will contribute directly to several impactful projects that support product documentation, training development, and workflow analysis
- A primary focus will be updating and refining user guides for the REI, OB, and Pediatrics modules to ensure that clinical users have accurate, high-quality reference materials that reflect current product functionality
- This work will help improve product adoption and decrease support burden by ensuring documentation is clear, current, and easy to navigate
- The intern will also take part in creating training materials used by internal teams and during customer presentations, helping ensure consistent communication about product capabilities and upcoming enhancements
- A significant portion of the internship will involve preparing polished PowerPoint presentations for major industry conferences—including ASRM, ACOG, and NUC—as well as for quarterly user group meetings across REI, OB, Pediatrics, and Rheumatology
- These presentations play an important role in keeping customers informed, engaged, and aligned with product roadmap direction
- The intern should demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills to support tasks such as synthesizing information across multiple clinical modules and contributing to the Patient Merge workflow analysis
- Collectively, these contributions will expand the Product Management team’s operational capacity during a period of intensive planning and customer-facing deliverable creation
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program
- Pursuing a degree in fields such as Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Biomedical Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or Communications with an interest in health technology
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially PowerPoint
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology
- Familiarity with electronic health record workflows
- Familiarity with clinical environments—particularly within REI, OB, Pediatrics, or Rheumatology
- Experience with technical writing
- Experience with user-focused content creation
