CrashPlan provides cyber-ready data resilience and governance solutions for organizations. The Partner & Product Marketing Manager will drive growth by developing marketing strategies for partners, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, and executing campaigns to build awareness and generate demand.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve marketing strategy for key go-to-market and technology partners, with an emphasis on Microsoft co-sell and marketplace motions
- Understand partners’ business and objectives, and working with the alliances team, develop aligned GTM strategies that create a “win-win” for CrashPlan and the partner
- Develop joint marketing plans, campaigns and “better together” messaging and content that align with partner’s GTM and sales priorities, and motivate seller behavior
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness in the market and within the partner, generate demand and accelerate pipeline (digital and events)
- Develop and deliver enablement to partner and CrashPlan field to motivate and help them be successful with partner sales motions
- Analyze and report on progress against key performance indicators
- Develop messaging and positioning for defined solution areas, verticals or strategic initiatives
- Create core sales enablement assets (battlecards, solution briefs, pitch decks, competitive positioning)
- Deliver content to support demand generation (web pages, demo videos, blogs etc.)
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to drive awareness, demand and pipeline
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in a partner and/or product marketing role, with Microsoft ecosystem experience a strong plus
- Strength at building both internal and external relationships that advance our go-to-market efforts
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability
- Track record of developing impactful messaging, positioning and sales enablement
- Comfortable in fast-moving, collaborative environments
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills, with an outcome-driven mindset
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of time annually
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
