Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is searching for enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Agents to support government-based contracts in security, health & human services, and state benefits. The role involves answering inbound calls, troubleshooting tech issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing
- Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets
- Schedule appointments at designated locations
- Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions
- Make follow‑up calls to keep customers informed
- Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
- Private workspace
- Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Training 9:00a - 4:30p
- Regular M-F 9:30a - 6:00p & Sat 8:00a - 12:00p Eastern Standard Time
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
- Advanced education a plus
