Bloomerang is a company dedicated to empowering nonprofits through their giving platform and support. The role focuses on driving growth within the existing customer base by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting Account Managers in scheduling qualified meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify upsell opportunities through a mix of high-volume inbound response and targeted outbound prospecting
- Execute 40–50 outbound calls per day alongside a rigorous email cadence to meet productivity targets
- Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries and re-engage past prospects to schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers
- Use Salesforce and Outreach to meticulously manage leads, track progress, and maintain a clean pipeline
- Continually learn about our SaaS solutions and the nonprofit sector to effectively communicate value and solve customer problems
Requirements:
- You possess a competitive drive and the self-discipline to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- You have a clear desire to develop a career in technology sales and the drive to advance into a quota-carrying role
- You are highly detail-oriented and can master new processes and CRM workflows quickly
