As a Technical Account Manager, you will bridge the gap between marketing solutions and strategic partners, driving technical onboarding and ensuring customer success through collaboration and training.
Responsibilities:
- Drive comprehensive technical onboarding for strategic customers, ensuring seamless integration of our marketing platform solutions
- Orchestrate transformative onboarding experiences for franchisor and franchisee partners, leading discovery sessions and implementing cutting-edge marketing workflows
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in our Marketing product suite, translating complex capabilities into clear, actionable business value
- Proactively lead technical troubleshooting, identifying and resolving potential challenges before they impact customer experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to develop innovative customer success strategies
- Design and deliver technical training materials that empower customers to maximize platform potential
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor
- Generate actionable insights from customer interactions to inform product development and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical marketing product management, account management, customer success, or similar customer-facing technical roles in SaaS or marketing technology
- Proven track record of managing complex strategic customer relationships and driving technical implementations
- Strong technical acumen with ability to quickly understand and articulate complex software solutions
- Exceptional communication skills that bridge technical concepts across diverse audiences
- Experience with API integrations, software configuration, and technical problem-solving
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and technical documentation tools
- Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with application programming interfaces (APIs)
