Interface is a high-growth startup serving the data and automation needs of the heavy industry sector. They are looking for a Sales Development Representative to engage with prospects in the energy sector and manage outbound sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Speak directly with prospects about their workflows, problems, and buying triggers
- Own outbound prospecting across cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Research and break into $B+ industrial and energy companies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality meetings
- Iterate on messaging based on real conversations
- Attend conferences with sales leadership to find new prospects
Requirements:
- Must be based in Austin or Houston
- Experience in the energy sector or outbound sales
- High agency and self-motivated
- Incredibly coachable and eager to grow
- Comfortable prospecting into technical, industrial, and enterprise buyers
- Have sold or prospected into real companies with real buying power
- Thrive in chaos and ambiguity
