Xceedance provides strategic operations support and technology services to insurance organizations worldwide. As a Business Development Executive, you will help transform the agent and broker distribution ecosystem and play a key role in expanding market presence and building partnerships across the insurance landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new opportunities across the agent and broker landscape, contributing to pipeline growth and revenue targets
- Support the execution of go to market strategies for key market segments
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights and partnership opportunities
- Engage prospective partners through outreach, presentations and consultative discussions
- Support the team in building and managing a healthy pipeline aligned with organizational goals
- Build and strengthen relationships with agency leaders, industry partners and trade groups to enhance market visibility
- Serve as a trusted resource for agencies evaluating operational transformation, technology needs and work-flow optimization
- Participate in industry events, conferences and forums to promote company solutions and thought leadership
- Work closely with internal teams—including operations, account managers, technology, delivery and marketing—to support client solution design and implementation
- Translate partner needs into actionable insights into service development and product enhancement
- Provide structured feedback to internal stakeholders regarding market demand, obstacles and innovation opportunities
- Track, analyze and report on business development activity, pipeline health and partner performance
- Prepare materials, updates and presentations for internal review and strategic planning efforts
- Support key initiatives and special projects that advance growth, innovation and client success
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience within P&C insurance, agency operations, distribution management, business development, or related fields
- Experience working with or enabling independent agents, brokers, or insurance technology platforms is strongly preferred. Experience limited solely to acting as an independent agent may not align with the scope of this position
- Knowledge of agency workflows, distribution challenges and industry technology trends (AI, automation, CRM, AMS, etc.)
