Mogi I/O is a technology company specializing in OTT, podcast, and short video applications. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for their enterprise solutions in the US market, focusing on cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US and North America
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs and senior leaders across IT, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Transformation functions
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client business challenges and transformation goals
- Position Powerweave’s cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO solutions as strategic business enablers
- Lead solution presentations and demonstrations in partnership with pre-sales and product teams
- Develop compelling proposals, ROI-led business cases, and value-driven narratives
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy and predictable enterprise sales pipeline
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility through CRM tools
- Track deal velocity, conversion ratios, and sales cycle performance metrics
- Partner with Marketing on US-focused demand generation and campaign initiatives
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align customer requirements with solution capabilities
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery and customer success teams post deal closure
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets (US market)
- New logo acquisition and pipeline generation
- Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure conversion rates
- Pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline
- Contribution to repeatable sales motions and market expansion in the US
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience in the US market
- Proven experience selling cloud, ERP, e-commerce, or enterprise technology platforms to mid-market and large enterprises
- Mandatory domain exposure: Promotional products / branded merchandise / print-on-demand / PromoTech ecosystem
- Strong track record of closing USD 500K – 5M+ deals with consistent 100%+ quota attainment
- Established C-level relationships and strong executive presence
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with self-sourced pipeline generation capability
- Deep expertise in at least 2–3 of the following: cloud, ERP, e-commerce, BPO
- US-based candidate with an active enterprise customer network
- Advanced user of Salesforce or enterprise CRM tools with structured sales methodology
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
