Program Manager Tech 2

Experis is a leading technology organization seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their Infrastructure and Cloud Services support team. The role involves supporting critical projects related to incident management and platform modernization, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support infrastructure and cloud services for the Office product group, including incident management and platform modernization
• Contribute to Azure infrastructure projects and contractual commitments such as Cosmic and France/Germany programs
• Interface with clients on technical matters and project subject matters from initiation through delivery
• Provide program and project schedules, status reports, and create functional specifications and requirements
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, potentially managing or overseeing projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience with technical skills and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and AD
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proven program management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting findings and leading meetings
• Experience working with global teams and managing high-impact programs
