They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, Beauty & Care, who will be responsible for shaping growth strategies, launching innovative brands, and enhancing client relationships within the beauty and care sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Segment Ownership: Develop and execute strategies for assigned product segments, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities to achieve strategy execution
- Product Launch Support: Drive successful launches through planning, training, and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Account Strategy: Partner with account managers in assigned accounts to create tailored business plans, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen customer engagement to growth pipeline
- Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and adoption
- Reporting & Analytics: Track activities, report on performance, and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, strategic marketing, or account management within Beauty & Care or related industries
- Strong ability to create and execute strategic plans, manage complex projects, and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer engagement and opportunity development
- Experience in leading product launches, concept development, and training initiatives
- Ability to manage global exchanges and align regional activities with corporate strategy
