Responsibilities:
- Follow up with individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
- Provide a positive customer service experience via Zoom or phone appointments
- Explain coverage options clearly and help clients complete simple applications
- Use a step-by-step process supported by training, scripts, and mentorship
- Work independently from home while staying connected to a supportive remote team
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales, education, hospitality, retail, or administrative work
- Reliable and people-focused
- Willingness to learn a new skill set with structured guidance
- Ability to work independently from home while staying connected to a supportive remote team
- U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents able to pass a background check
- Strong customer service or people-facing experience
- Self-motivated professionals comfortable working from home
