Milliman is a leading consulting and software-as-a-service company specializing in pharmacy claims analysis and reporting. The Business Analyst will collaborate with consultants to perform analyses and reporting, support client needs in pharmacy pricing, and enhance internal tools.
Responsibilities:
- Process data efficiently using Skysail’s Analytics data system and platform
- Generate ongoing quarterly pricing reporting for clients
- Produce ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Work with IT team to help test new additions to the platform
- Help Account team answer questions and present reporting to clients
- Track, research, review, and respond to customer and/or external inquiries
- Query data and help design reporting
- Produce recurring SQL/Excel reporting and QA for internal team members and external clients as needed
- Review and validate incoming files for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal reporting requirements
- Handle confidential and proprietary materials
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future
- Two years of work experience in PBM, Pharmacy, and/or related industry OR a bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Math, Science, or IT related fields
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and any language software (i.e SQL)
- Understanding of Excel functions and other equations
- Working knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with frequent interruptions and time constraints
- Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and respect for confidentiality
