Responsibilities:
- Build and own a referral network that consistently generates new insurance opportunities
- Build strategic referral partnerships with mortgage lenders and loan officers
- Build strategic referral partnerships with real estate agents and brokerages
- Build strategic referral partnerships with auto dealerships and finance managers
- Build strategic referral partnerships with financial advisors and wealth managers
- Build strategic referral partnerships with builders, property managers, and business owners
- Develop deep, long-term referral relationships — not surface-level contacts
- Become a trusted insurance resource within your network
- Perform daily outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Identify and target high-producing referral partners
- Consistently grow your referral pipeline
- Attend networking events, industry groups, and local business organizations
- Represent OZK Insurance as a professional and confident brand ambassador
- Maintain an active and professional LinkedIn presence
- Engage regularly with partners through social media, events, and direct contact
- Track all referral partners and opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence
- Reactivate dormant relationships

Requirements:
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining referral networks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform daily outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Organizational skills and discipline to manage multiple relationships and follow-ups
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and performance
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
