They are seeking a strategic, experienced Sales Development Representative to support the Strategic Accounts Team by executing outbound prospecting and collaborating with Account Executives to build pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Partner with AEs to co-develop account strategies and messaging
- Map org charts, identify buying centers, and personalize outreach
- Qualify prospects using the MEDDIC framework
- Drive multi-threaded engagement across technical and business personas
- Track all activity in Salesforce and Outreach
- Share market and persona insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Consistently meet or exceed SQL quota and KPIs
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in outbound SDR, BDR, or sales experience
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks
- Cold calling, email writing, LinkedIn outreach
- Account research and mapping
- Pipeline generation strategy and AE alignment
- Tools: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Strategic thinking and curiosity
- Resilience and ownership mindset
- Strong collaboration and communication
- Ability to connect product value to customer pain points
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity preferred
- Ideally the right candidate is in the PST or MST time zone, but this is not required
