Circle Logistics is a 3PL company focused on building branches and developing leaders in the logistics industry. They are seeking an ambitious Sr. Business Development Manager who will start hands-on in sales and operations and transition to Branch Management, driving business growth and managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, win new clients, and expand your portfolio
- Manage shipments cradle-to-grave with autonomy and precision
- Recruit, mentor, and lead your future operations team
- Increase revenue, maximize margins, and own branch P&L performance
- Leverage and expand your carrier relationships for capacity, pricing, and reliability
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in freight brokerage sales (domestic ground transportation required)
- Proven success in cradle-to-grave logistics sales and account growth
- Strong carrier network and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset—ready to grow and lead a branch
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience or ambition to build and manage a team
