Health Business Analyst

Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading consulting firm that focuses on technology and business solutions. They are seeking a Health Business Analyst to support the development of health IT and clinical research products, working closely with a team to identify business needs and create user-friendly client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Support development of clinical research or health IT related products
• Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, and data engineers
• Identify clients’ business needs
• Gather user requirements
• Develop user stories
• Understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly
• Lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features
• Deliver high business value products for research community

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with health IT or clinical research software development
• Experiencing using tools and JIRA for documenting requirements
• Experience supporting user-acceptance testing
• Knowledge of business requirements elucidation and documentation
• Knowledge of basic or clinical research workflows
• Ability to facilitate discussions with subject matter experts, end-users, and staff at health facilities
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations
• Public Trust
