Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is evolving toward a more unified global product operating model. The Product Operations Manager plays a central role in strengthening how the Product organization operates, focusing on designing governance frameworks and ensuring operational excellence across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable product governance frameworks
- Define lifecycle processes, intake models, and decision rights
- Continuously improve operational maturity and predictability
- Maintain synchronization between North America and global roadmaps
- Surface and manage cross-regional dependencies early
- Provide a transparent portfolio view to reduce duplication and misalignment
- Facilitate consistent prioritization sessions grounded in business impact
- Standardize decision criteria and documentation practices
- Drive repeatable planning cycles balancing regional and global needs
- Partner with Analytics to define and operationalize success metrics
- Embed outcome-based reporting into quarterly reviews
- Provide structured visibility into risks, tradeoffs, and performance indicators

- Establish consistent templates and reporting standards

- Serve as liaison between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and executives

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, or related field
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling structured processes in complex environments
- Experience facilitating cross-functional and multi-regional collaboration
- Strong understanding of portfolio prioritization frameworks and product success metrics
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to influence without direct authority
