InvestM Technology LLC is a small and growing IT services and Contingent Staffing firm located in New Jersey. They are seeking a senior business development executive with extensive experience in business development activities to generate revenue through an existing book of clients and perform market research on target clients.
Responsibilities:
- Bring an existing book of clients to the firm and hit the ground running with immediate revenue generation opportunities
- Perform market research on target industries and client accounts within the Fortune 2000 space, with a focus on fast-growing companies and industries
- Identify a list of key decision-makers within each target account such as - hiring managers, procurement managers, vendor managers, HR managers, contingent staffing MSPs, CIOs, Directors of Technology, etc
- Establish a channel of communication with key decision-makers, by engaging with them via email, social media, and cold-calling to make them familiar with the firm's services
- Generate leads for industries assigned, by converting initial engagement to successful sales meetings
- Prepare captivating sales presentations highlighting our services and keep the sales collateral updated based on the latest business metrics such as revenue, headcount, client list, services, and differentiators
- Collaborate with senior leaders to strategize sales meetings with C-suite executives of target accounts
- Provide ongoing sales and account management support for closed accounts, to expand the relationship to multiple business divisions within the target client
Requirements:
- 15+ years of professional experience in Business Development servicing US IT Services and the US Staffing industry with an existing book of Fortune 2000 clients
- Demonstrated track record in closing medium to large accounts with multi-million dollar revenues within the USA
- Superior communication skills with a strong fluency in the English language with a knack for communicating fluently with all levels in an organization
- Superior listening skills to deeply understand clients' pain points and position our services to address the ongoing clients' pain points
- Experience in using Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Cold calling, and sales Presentations for prospecting and selling
