Operations Manager, Safe Revenue, Trust and Safety Compute

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in fraud investigations and policy enforcement operations of digital content.
• Experience in building scaled operations, efficient workflow design and process documentation in a Trust and Safety environment.
• Knowledge in data analysis, problem-solving and efficient execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally across various levels.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage operations for review and enforcement strategies applicable to Google Play’s policies.
• Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams.
• Build deep policy knowledge and product expertise to implement, execute and iteratively improve enforcement operations.
• Lead projects involving multiple-stakeholders with the ability to improve abuse detection systems and mitigate user harm.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Trust and Safety and other cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development and Legal.
