TikTok is reshaping the current retail path to purchase and transforming how brands connect with their communities to drive shopping moments through an infinite loop of discovery, consideration, purchase, review, and participation. We are looking for a passionate leader to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Live.
TikTok Shop Live serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sales), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase, and LIVEs), as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Seller Live strategies to drive sustained GMV growth for TikTok Shop sellers, aligned with overall platform commerce objectives.
- Analyze live-streaming performance metrics and deliver data-driven, actionable insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, managing end-to-end live planning, day-to-day communication, execution, and ongoing performance coaching to elevate live outcomes.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities within the existing seller portfolio by expanding live commerce adoption, increasing participation in priority live initiatives, and driving incremental GMV through strategic upsell and optimization.
- Stay up to date on live trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and collaborate closely with cluster operations, campaign, product, and other XFN teams to align seller live promotions with broader initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term category live growth.
