Parts Specialist

Description

 We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team at our family-owned business. This position plays a key role in managing parts inventory, handling shipping and receiving, and supporting our service department by ensuring accurate and timely parts processing. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and works well in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. 

Requirements

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
   
• Inspect parts for damage and ensure proper documentation
   
• Process outgoing shipments and prepare packages for delivery
   
• Stock parts in designated bins and maintain organized inventory storage areas
   
• Label and organize bins for efficient retrieval
   
• Maintain accurate parts inventory counts and assist with regular inventory audits
   
• Pull and stage parts for repair orders in a timely manner
   
• Accurately fill out and attach parts to repair orders in the system
   
• Communicate with service technicians to ensure correct parts are ordered and supplied
   
• Keep warehouse and parts areas clean, organized, and safe
   
• Assist customers at the parts counter when needed
