
Travel required Caesars Palace, Paris, Horseshoe, Cromwell, LINQ, Planet Hollywood, Harrah's, and Flamingo.
Oversees Caesars Rewards operations: Coordinates staff activities, ensures floor and center coverage, and maintains a clean, well-stocked work area.
Leads and supports the team: Instructs, directs, coaches, and assists with hiring and training of personnel.
Handles guest interactions: Resolves customer complaints, promotes Caesars Rewards, and issues rewards cards.
Maintains data and security standards: Ensures database integrity, protects customer rewards and credit lines, and handles sensitive materials confidentially.
Manages reporting and communication: Completes required reports and maintains interdepartmental program communication.
Supports additional duties: Assists with special projects and other Caesars Rewards tasks as requested by management.
Engages guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner and adheres to attendance and company policies.
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff’s card.
