About this role
Overview:
Head for Set-up & Planning is responsible
for accelerating dealer set-up process,
enforcing strict sales
administration discipline and building a high-quality stores, scalable, and
sustainable dealer network
for VinFast Indonesia. This role ensures that Grand
Opening Schedule are on-time & meet VFID Standard.
National Set-up Target
1. Lead National Set-up Strategy
• Develop and execute national set-up strategies aligned with national volume targets.
• Translate national sales directives into actionable national plans.
2. Dealer Training
• Conduct dealer training for Sales Team & Dealer for operations
3. Drive Set-up Growth
• Monitor daily/weekly set-up performance.
• Implement tactical interventions for underperforming process.
4. Vendor / Contractor Performance Management
• Establish national KPIs covering on-time schedule & quality
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with Vendors / Contractor.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking
• Monitor competitor design update & dealer support.
Administrative Discipline & Governance
1. Ensure compliance with sales administration processes including:
• Dealer documentation accuracy
• Dealer compliance to Network Display & Cleanliness SOPs
2. Enforce SOPs for dealer sales administration, ensuring consistency across regions.
3. Conduct quarterly audits with Dealer Managers to identify and correct administrative lapses.
4. Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, and IT to ensure systems support and data integrity.
Business Partnerships & Ecosystem Integration
1. Work closely with Marketing, Aftersales, and V-Green teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
Cross-Functional Leadership
1. Ensure excellent collaboration with other functions (Sales Team, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Quality & Service).
2. Build a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and discipline.
Requirements
Qualification:
• 5 years in automotive Industries as a Network Department
• Experience working with Contractor is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Dealer Set-up Process is an advantage.
• Good analytical ability and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel when required.
