As Costa Coffee enters a key stage of growth in the Away From Home (AFH) space, we’re excited to be recruiting an additional Regional Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated professionals with a passion for business development and proven success in generating new opportunities. You’ll focus on identifying, qualifying, and securing new business, building strong relationships with customers, and helping to expand Costa Coffee’s presence across Hotels, Travel, Pubs, Workplace, and Education sectors. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious growth targets and play a key part in driving regional success.

What you’ll do
Being a Regional Account Manager is about so much more managing a territory. It’s your chance to drive new business, build strong relationships, and grow Costa’s presence across the region. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities across Hotels, Travel, Pubs, Workplace, and Education sectors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as the regional face of Costa.
• Collaborating with internal teams and partners to develop tailored solutions and deliver joint business plans.
• Supporting existing accounts to ensure opportunities are maximized and key relationships are maintained.
• Managing your territory effectively, planning routes, prioritising prospects, and maximising Costa’s return on investment.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
• Proven experience in regional new business development, with a track record of identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities, ideally in Hotels, Travel, Pubs, Workplace, or Education sectors.
• Passionate about sales, engaging directly with customers to develop long-term partnerships.
• Skilled in building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Self-motivated and resilient, able to work independently, plan your territory, and deliver results.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the coffee marketplace, using insights to drive regional growth and deliver exceptional customer experience.
