
We are recruiting for a Senior in the team. Working as a senior, your responsibilities will include:
•Ensure timely tracking and fulfillment of business requirements within defined timelines.•Manage headcount effectively.•Deliver update on key business operations KPIs proactively, including IT issues, onboarding/offboarding process, sick leave policy, onboarding credentials, DL maintenance for Swiss teams.•Data management and cleansing for Swiss team.•Monitor and track timesheets accurately.•Conduct weekly and monthly utilization analysis to optimize resource allocation.•Identify and mitigate timesheet discrepancies and defaults.•Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration.•Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams (business, support, TA) to ensure smooth and timely MIS data flow.•Prepare and maintain MIS reports across daily, weekly, and monthly metrics as applicable.•Execute tasks with diligence and precision, ensuring high accuracy in deliverables.•Transform raw data into meaningful, actionable reports for business insights. Provide prompt reporting and timely responses to emails. Demonstrate strong time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Perform deep-dive analyses to identify patterns and emerging trends
•Deliver analytical support for Business Unit reviews to drive informed decision-making.
•Collaborate with other Resource Managers and central team to close pending requirements efficiently.•Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable application and operational requirements.This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Graduation from reputed institute.Work experience
•4+ year experience with a Big 4 in Resource Management /Operations role.Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Excellent in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart, Forms, If/else statements, data validation & Scenarios).•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)•Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKey behavioral attributes/requirements
