Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm that delivers outcomes shaping the future. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, managing complex requirements across logistics and pharmacy services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business discovery, process re-engineering, and solution definition across logistics, shipping, and pharmacy sampling operations
- Partner with stakeholders in operations, compliance, quality, IT, vendors, and senior leadership to translate business vision into executable requirements
- Own and drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle: vision → BRD/FRD → user stories → UAT → post‑go‑live validation
- Define and optimize workflows for:
- Order intake, fulfillment, and distribution (3PL)
- Shipping, tracking, cold chain, and exception handling
- Pharmacy sampling, patient kits, returns, and collection processes
- Ensure compliance with GxP, HIPAA, FDA, DEA, and DSCSA requirements where applicable
- Lead impact analysis and change management during system migrations (ERP, CRM, COTS, In-House)
- Mentor and review work of mid and junior BAs, setting standards and best practices
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and external partners (logistics providers, pharmacies, labs)
- Ensure alignment of data solutions with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Strong domain expertise in at least one: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) / Shipping, Pharmacy operations (sampling, fulfillment, patient kits), Healthcare sample collection or distribution models
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Strong experience with service models (sampling, distribution, logistics for life sciences)
- Agile framework experience (SAFe, Scrum, hybrid models)
- Exposure to API integrations and data flows across logistics and pharmacy systems
- Certification: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe BA
- Prior experience in large transformation or modernization programs
- Exposure to GENAI use cases and implementation is an added advantage
