Legion Intelligence is focused on delivering secure, reliable AI systems that enhance human capability. They are seeking a Head of Product Marketing to define market positioning and support go-to-market strategies across various industries, including national security and aerospace.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve Legion’s product positioning across priority industries: national security, aerospace, manufacturing, and energy
- Partner with GTM and Product to shape and refine ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, ensuring marketing has a direct voice in how we define and pursue the market
- Develop messaging frameworks grounded in measurable outcomes, deployment realities, and operational impact
- Ensure tight alignment between corporate narrative and product-level storytelling
- Translate platform capabilities into clear, industry-specific use cases that resonate with distinct personas
- Build durable solution packaging that sellers can reuse across accounts and verticals
- Elevate proof points from real deployments into compelling narratives that build credibility in high-trust markets
- Own the messaging and enablement strategy for major product releases and updates
- Partner cross-functionally to coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Growth, and Customer teams
- Ensure launches are more than announcements, equipping the field with clear positioning, talk tracks, competitive framing, and supporting materials
- Define and evolve cohesive demo narratives that connect capabilities across modules into outcome-driven stories aligned to target industries and buyer personas
- Support key events and executive engagements with product-centric narratives and materials that reinforce Legion’s differentiation
- Own Legion’s competitive narrative and clearly define where and why we win
- Develop structured differentiation frameworks that translate into real tools for sellers: competitive briefs, objection handling, and positioning guidance
- Analyze win/loss patterns and market signals to refine messaging and inform leadership-level positioning decisions
- Develop a deep understanding of Legion’s architecture, deployment models, and roadmap direction
- Translate complex technical systems into narratives that are credible to technical buyers and compelling to executives
- Shape how we express system architecture and product capabilities visually, ensuring technical depth is translated into clear, story-driven representations that elevate beyond feature diagrams and communicate real-world impact and differentiation
- Partner closely with Customer Success to convert real-world deployment outcomes and field learnings into credible proof, sharper vertical narratives, and more decisive competitive positioning in active deals
- Support joint messaging and enablement with key partners to strengthen ecosystem alignment in active opportunities
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or technical GTM roles within AI, enterprise software, infrastructure, or similarly complex systems
- Experience marketing rapidly evolving technical platforms where capabilities shift quickly and narrative must evolve alongside them
- Demonstrated success building positioning and enablement that directly supports enterprise deal cycles
- Strong ability to define ICPs and buyer personas and translate them into targeted messaging and field-ready assets
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate research, messaging development, and enablement creation while maintaining rigor and accuracy
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience marketing into national security, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, or other regulated and mission-critical industries
- Familiarity with hybrid, on-prem, and edge deployment environments
- Experience enabling sales in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments with long decision cycles
