About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Loan operation team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for the world’s largest alterative credit lenders. Citco’s total loan portfolio exceeds 100B, across a variety of asset and loan types including publicly traded bank debt, private syndications, middle market transactions, and commercial real estate. We provide shadow and direct loan agency.

Your Role: 

This senior role is responsible for defining and driving the operational risk strategy for Loan Operations, ensuring strong governance, effective controls, and consistent execution across a global operating model.

The VP will act as a senior partner to Operations leadership, Risk, Technology, and Client teams, providing clear oversight and executive-level insight into operational risk, control effectiveness, and service delivery.

• Define and lead the operational risk and control framework for Loan Operations
• Own and oversee RCSA programs, control effectiveness assessments, and remediation strategies
• Establish and maintain KRIs, thresholds, and executive-level reporting
• Provide senior oversight of SLA adherence, capacity risk, and service delivery risk
• Lead engagement with internal audit, external auditors, regulators, and key clients
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice adoption across regions and product lines
• Mentor and develop senior risk and control professionals

About You:

• 12–15+ years of experience in loan operations, operational risk, or financial services governance
• 5+ years in a senior risk, control, or operational excellence leadership role
• Deep expertise in syndicated loans and/or private credit operations
• Proven experience leading enterprise or function-wide risk and control initiatives
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, PMP) a plus

Salary Range: USD$100,000 - 130,000
