Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, ML / AI Engineer!
In this role, The ML / AI Engineer will Provide technical credibility and execution confidence during sales and early delivery, ensuring AI solutions can be industrialized at scale.
Responsibilities
Support solution shaping by validating technical feasibility, performance, and scalability of AI use cases
Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure designs can be executed efficiently by offshore teams
Demonstrate how ML and GenAI solutions move from pilot to production
Provide input into estimation, delivery approach, and risk mitigation during deal shaping
Bring strong understanding of MLOps and production AI to reassure clients on sustainability
Act as a bridge between front-facing architects and offshore engineering teams
Comfortable engaging with client technical teams when deeper credibility is required
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience building, optimizing, and deploying ML/AI solutions
Understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production scalability
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, data teams, and delivery stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience industrializing PoCs into enterprise-grade AI systems
Exposure to GenAI implementation, fine-tuning, and performance optimization
Familiarity with model monitoring, reliability engineering, and AI risk considerations
