Head of Marketing- Persian Horizon

ersian Horizon specializes in the  acquisition, sale, and investment of operating businesses across sectors such as salons, clinics, restaurants, retail, and automotive .

We are hiring a  Head of Marketing  to lead the full marketing function and position Persian as the  leading business acquisition and investment company .

This is the most senior marketing role in the company, responsible for brand strategy, lead generation, content marketing, and managing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead Persian’s  brand strategy, positioning, and communication
• Manage the full marketing team (brand, content, design, social media, video, and performance marketing)
• Lead  content marketing and thought leadership  across LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and other channels
• Oversee  paid media campaigns (Meta & Google Ads)  to generate qualified buyer and seller leads
• Own channel strategy across  LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and website
• Lead  SEO and website content strategy
• Track marketing performance and report on  brand growth and lead generation
• Manage marketing budgets and external vendors

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience with  senior leadership responsibility
• Experience building or scaling a  brand in a growth-stage company
• Strong background in  content marketing and demand generation
• Solid understanding of  Meta and Google advertising
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Excellent English communication skills
