1. Strategic Leadership & Localization
-Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals for the UK market.
-Adapt global brand messaging to ensure cultural relevance and resonance with the UK audience (British English nuances, cultural trends, and consumer behavior).
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the UK landscape.
2. Brand & PR Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with UK media, industry analysts, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
-Represent the company at major UK trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
-Manage local PR agencies to enhance brand reputation and crisis management.
3. Fleet & B2B Marketing
-Develop specific campaigns targeting the Corporate/Fleet market;
-Support the B2B sales team with collateral and lead-gen activities for leasing companies and fleet managers.
4. Budget Management
-Allocate and manage marketing budgets to ensure high ROI.
5. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
-Drive high-quality leads (Test Drive Bookings & Configurator completions) through performance marketing (PPC, Social, Programmatic).
-Optimize the UK website and user journey (UI/UX) to ensure a seamless "Online-to-Offline" (O2O) experience.
-Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads from interest to delivery.
6. Team Management
-Mentor and lead a high-performing local marketing team.
-Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration.
7. Compliance & Operations
-Ensure all marketing activities comply with UK laws and regulations, specifically GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) codes.
-Report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to the local and global leadership team on a weekly and monthly basis.
8. Build a strong and positive relationship with local partnershipQualificationsQualifications & Requirements
1. Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within the UK market.
2. Creative Resourcefulness & Insight: A highly creative mindset capable of maximizing impact through smart resource allocation rather than heavy spending. Skilled in identifying customer needs, defining precise target segments, and effectively connecting product value to user desires to spark interest and drive consideration.
3. Strategic Insight: Deep understanding of the UK market and consumers, acquire the knowledge of how to reach and attract target consumers.
4. B2B & B2C Blend: Proven track record in both consumer brand building and B2B/Fleet marketing.
5. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in driving test drive bookings and vehicle sales.
6. Communication: Native-level English with exceptional storytelling skills.
