Role Overview
We are seeking an Operations & Insights Analyst who can bridge data and business operations. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, generating actionable insights, and communicating findings through clear presentations. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, comfortable working with data, and skilled at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Support day-to-day operational reporting and track key metrics, SLAs, and performance indicators • Use SQL (basic to intermediate) to extract data for reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis • Translate insights into clear, structured presentations for leadership and business teams • Collaborate with operations, program, and business teams to understand processes and pain points • Recommend and support process improvements using data-backed insights • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational reports • Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, process analytics, business analysis, or a similar role • Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Basic to intermediate SQL for data extraction and analysis • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities • Experience handling operational tasks, tracking metrics, and managing recurring deliverables • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively • Exposure to process frameworks
